“Overnight Oats”-Breakfast with oats

This means oats cooked overnight, which is a great breakfast that is very quick to prepare and healthy.
First we will take the oats, add a pinch of salt, blueberry seeds. After that we need almond milk with vanilla flavor, Greek yogurt. Why Greek, because this species is quite dense, it contains a lot of protein, which is healthy. At the end we will add maple syrup or blueberry syrup.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g of blueberries
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml of almond milk with vanilla
  • 0.5 yogurt is preferably Greek
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or blueberry syrup


Option 2:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 150 g of bananas
  • 150 g of strawberries
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml of almond milk with vanilla
  • 0.5 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp strawberry syrup

The recipe is the same for raspberries and blackberries, but I can write about chia seeds. They contain a large amount of fiber omega-3 fatty acids, very high quality proteins, some minerals, antioxidants, which improve digestion, reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
