Hello everyone, today I want to make pancakes. Which can serve as a wonderful dish for our holiday tables. We will need ․
- 1 kg of beef tenderloin
- 3 onions
- salt
- 1 tsp․ garlic powder
- red and black peppers to taste, you can add some spiciness if you would like to.
- basil and coriander
- 2 tsp cooked rice
- vegetable oil
We will take the pre-cooked beef and will grind it together with the onion. Then we will season it with spices and start frying. We will add cooked rice to it to give a richer taste. After cooking, we will leave it aside and start making the dough sheets.
We will use the following ingredients for the dough:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 3 cups of milk
- 1․5 teaspoon soda
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt
- 3 cups flour
Let’s take the eggs and whisk them well. Then we will gradually add lukewarm water. The mass must rise and froth. Then we will add milk, baking soda and salt. After mixing well, we will gradually add the flour. When everything is well mixed, and there are no flour balls, we can say that our dough is ready.
We have to heat the pan, spread vegetable oil and with a small scoop, pour the dough to get a thin layer. After about 15 seconds, turn to the other side. Then take it from the fire. Add a small amount of the meat mixture on the sheets and wrap. Fry the pancakes before serving and serve them when hot.
