Rigatoni Pasta – Delicious Italian pasta

To cook the pasta:

  • 450 g Rigatoni pasta
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 5 l boiled water
  • Stuffing
    • 700 g ground beef
  • For seasoning the meat
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
    • 0.5 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp red pepper(paprika)
    • 0.5 Aleppo pepper
    • 0.5 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp dried basil
    • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
    • if you would like you can use more
  • 1/3 cups white wine
  • 227 g tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/3 cups mozzarella
  • A little basil and goat cheese for decoration and much richer taste.
