Pilaf with rice and green peas

Hello everyone! Today we will make very tasty pilaf, which we will make from green peas and long delicious rice. We need the following ingredients.

Recipe:

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 can of green peas
  • 200 g ham
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 measuring cup white wine
  • 2-3 measuring cups of boiled water

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion. Put the pan on the stove to heat up. Put a little olive oil in the pan and add the finely chopped onion. Fry the onion until it becomes transparent, add the rice, salt and pepper. We will continue to fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then we will add the boiled water, we will close the pan to boil. When most of the water is vaporized add the ham, white wine, and the green peas. Lastly, when all the liquid is vaporized add the butter.
