Puff Pastry With Sour Cherry Preserve

How to prepare a very fast and very tasty cake, whose taste and moist harmony can make everyone crazy. Easy, fast and beautiful dessert!

Composition:

2-3 cups of drained sour cherry preserve
4 rolls of puff pastry sheet size: 25x40cm
1 egg

To make this cake, we will take 4 sheets of rolls, packed puff pastry. In advance, we will have to drain the cherry preserve juice and separate the cherries.

Open the dough and cut it 7 cm wide, to decorate each sheet into 3 parts, and the pieces on the side. Fill with cherry seeds. Wrap like a roll and. fix with 1 egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (395℉) for about 30 minutes.

For cream.

  • 330 g (1.5 cups) cream cheese
  • 1000g (4 cups) sour cream
  • 1 can + 1/3 condensed milk
  • 9 g of vanilla

Leave in the fridge overnight
