Quick and tasty fish dish

Hello everyone. Today we are going to prepare a delicious quick meal with Salmon, rice and broccoli.

For which we will use the following ingredients:

  • 2 lbs salmon
  • 1 lbs broccoli
  • 1 cup of rice

For marination:

  • 50 ml olive
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 5-6 cloves

Season the salmon, leave it for 15 to 30 minutes, after which we can cook. Each side of the fish should be fried for 2 minutes, and then we will transfer the salmon onto a baking sheet. The oven should be pre heated and we will place the salmon into an oven for 5 min, under 450F.

I’ll serve rice and broccoli with salmon. For 1 cup of rice, used 1.5 cups of water. After the water starts boiling add in the rice and 1 tsp salt. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Meanwhile, you can cook broccoli in a boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 5 minutes.

For the salad I used:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 onion, if you like one
