Hello everyone! Today we will prepare a salad with chicken breast, with different ingredients, which are very fulfilling, and at the same time very beneficial. For many people this salad can look like the “pomegranate bracelet,” but it’s little different and rich in many vitamins!
Recipe:
- 450 g chicken breast
- 3 potatoes
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- mayonnaise
- 30 g green onions
- 20 g of parsley
- 2 eggs
- 3 carrots
- 100 g of walnuts
- 1 beet
- 1 pomegranate seeds
- 5-6 pickles
- 300 g of red kidney beans
Chicken breast and the red beans should be cooked. Boil the potatoes, eggs and the beets as well. Shred the fresh carrots. Additionally, all the other ingredients must be shredded or finely chopped. Arrange all the ingredients with layers in the serving plate, season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Lastly, you can garnish and give a nuanced taste with pomegranate seeds.
