Shrimp with Lobster Filled Ravioli

Hello everyone. Today we are going to prepare a wonderful dish that is very juicy to prepare, which we will prepare with Shrimp and serve with Lobster Filled Ravioli .

Recipe:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 20-25 shrimp
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 20 oz / 570 g Lobster Filled Ravioli
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • 90 ml tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese
  • 80 g butter
  • olive oil
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Before getting started wash all ingredients and dry them.

Thinly slice the half onion. Then wash the shrimps under cold water, and pat dry with paper towels. Heat a large drizzle of olive oil add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
Afterwards stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.

Meanwhile, season the shrimps with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning to taste. At the same time add 1 tbsp of salt and bring the water to boil. Once it’s boiling add in the ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Heat a drizzle oil once again, starts cooking the onion, until it gets softened. Then add the shrimps and cook, stirring, until opaque and cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Afterwards add 80g butter, tomato paste and 1 cup of reserved pasta water. Stir in to combine everything.

Whisk in cream cheese, sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, Italian Seasoning to taste. Once everything is well incorporated together, add the drained ravioli and gently stir to coat.

Finally, transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, shredded cheese and some Italian Seasoning.
