Hello everyone…Today we are going to make a super soft, sweet and delicious cake. Here are the ingredients.

Recipe:

• 6 eggs (separate the protein from the yolk)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 300 g of sugar
• 100 ml heavy whipping cream 40%
• 200 g of flour
• 1.5 tsp baking powder

The dough should be cooked in the oven at 200 C or 380 F. Preparation time is 40 to 45 minutes.

Cream with sour cream.

• 450 g sour cream
• 150 g of powdered sugar
• 1 pack of vanilla (9 g)

Swedish cream for decoration

• 5 egg whites
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1.5 cups of sugar
• 450 g of medium soft butter
• 2 tsp vanilla
