Today we are going to present you the most delicious, very crunchy, beautiful cake. For which we need the following ingredients:

Recipe:

• 2 cups flour
• 1-2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 115 g butter
• 1 3/4 – 2 cups sugar
• 4 egg whites
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2/3 cup yogurt

We make fresh strawberry jam

• 450 g of strawberries
• 100 g of sugar
• 3 tbsp lemon water

Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat, while stirring, until thickened.

Cream:

• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 0.5 cups of powdered sugar

Bake the dough in the gas oven for 30 minutes in pans with a radius of 23 cm/9 inch.

This cake is very easy, fast to make with a very crumbly, incredibly delicate flavor.
