Roast cauliflower with unique taste.

Hello everyone. Today we will prepare fried cauliflower, which each of us likes very much. And the important thing is that it is prepared very quickly, tasty, like fried. the meat.

Before we fry it, we will first wash it well. We will pour cold water in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of vegetable vinegar to it, and place the cauliflower in the bowl to clean it from germs. It will remain in the water for 15 minutes, after which we will keep it under running water for another 5 minutes.

We will pour water into the pot and 1 teaspoon of salt, we will put it on the gas stove. When the water bubbles to medium size. We will put the cut cauliflowers in water, let it boil for 5 minutes. After that we will take it out and 1/credit. we will keep under running water. and we will put it in a strainer so that the water mass is drained, after which we can season it.

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tsp corn starch
