Today we are going to prepare super delicious tacos using ground pork.
Recipe
- 1 onion
- 1-2 lemons
- one for final touch, one for the Lemmon juice itself
- 1 tbsp Southwest Spice Blend
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 30 g cilantro
- 115 g shredded red cabbage
- 280 g ground pork
- Flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.25 cup of shredded cheese
First finely chop the cilantro and the onion. Then heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, season with salt, red and black pepper to taste. Cook while stirring until becomes translucent, about 3 minutes. Then add the pork, break the meat into pieces, add the Southwest Spice and cook for 4-6 minutes, or until browned. Add the paste stir until fully cooked.
Meanwhile mix the cabbage, mayonnaise, sour cream, half of the cilantro, cheese, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Once the pork mixture is fully cooked. Warm the tortillas and fill them with pork filling, cabbage mixture, remaining cilantro and lemon slices.
