Recipe:

Dough:

• 100 g butter
• 200 g of sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 9 g vanilla
• 5 eggs
• 50 g butter (for chocolate)
• 150 g of dark chocolate

Cheese Cream substance:

• 250 g cheese cream
• 100 g sugar
• 150 g sour cream
• 1 mango
• 2 oranges
• 100 ml milk
• 18 g gelatin

Iced Layer

• 3 cups of tropical juice
• 27 g gelatin
