Plav with rice and raisins

Hello everyone. Today we are preparing a very tasty pilaf with rice and raisins. I must say that you will not be satisfied with the taste, and the method of preparation is very easy and affordable.

We need the following ingredients

  • 1 piece of lavash
  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 50g of prunes
  • 8 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups of water

First, we will pour the rice into the pot, add water, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and salt. We will cook for 18 minutes.

We will pour vegetable oil into a separate container and add lavash divided into medium-sized pieces. We will fry it well, when it is ready we will take it out, make a good omelette and divide it into two parts. We will pour a part on the bottom of the pot and add some fried lavash. part, followed by a part of our cooked rice. We will also fry raisins and prunes in a separate pan. When we see that it swells, we will turn it on both sides and add it part by part to our ready rice. Then we will add the remaining masses in the same sequence.

We will mix well so that it spreads well and the taste blends.
