Zebra pie

Hello everyone, today we will present to you a recipe for a wonderful, elegant treat for the festive table.

“Zebra” is a great pie to lift the mood, enjoy tea and holiday parties. And if you plan to serve any sweets to adults or children, we recommend making Zebra pie.

An easy-to-make, unfussy and very pretty cookie that you can bake for the arrival of guests or a family treat. Children especially love the Zebra cake, which is really similar in color to this funny little animal.
Pie “Zebra” with sour cream – Ingredients:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 3 – egg
  • 200 ml non-fat sour cream
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tsp of vegetable oil
  • 270 g of sugar
  • 10 g of vanilla
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa
  • 0.5 tsp of soda
  • a pinch of salt

Method of preparation

Beat the egg and sugar, then add sour cream, softened butter and beat. Then sift the flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix until well dissolved. Divide the resulting mass into two parts and add cocoa to one part. Preheat the oven, coat the pan with oil. Pour 3 tablespoons of white dough in the center, then pour 3 tablespoons of chocolate dough on top. Continue like this until the pan is completely covered with dough.

It should be cooked in a 180 C or 350 F oven, about 40 minutes. Leave to cool, then remove from the pan.
