Hello everyone! Today we will present to you the preparation of trout fish with potatoes. Which is extremely tasty and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium fish
  • 0.5 heads. onion
  • 8 pcs. potatoes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of tarragon
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 large tomato

We will wash the fish well, clean it and season it with salt, pepper, chili pepper, add lemon zest. And we will put tarragon and the rest of the spices as desired in the belly. We will cut the tomato into separate layers and fry it on both sides. I must say that it turns out very tasty. We will serve it together with the fish.
