Delicious Doka bread

Hello everyone! Today we will present you the recipe and video of doka bread. We got to know this type of bread a long time ago, from the time of the communists. At that time, it was sold for “three pennies,” which was very affordable and very tasty.

Yeast:

  • 1 tsp of yeast
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 200 g of flour
  • 200 ml of lukewarm water

Dough:

  • 4 to 5 cups of flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 40 ml of olive oil
  • 200 մլ գոլ ջուր
  • 1-2 1-2 egg whites
  • 0,5 pinch of baking soda

The dough should be kneaded, left to rest for 3 hours, covered with a food film until the dough is ready, after which it should be kneaded again and covered for the umpteenth time to ripen it. Preheat the oven to 450 F or 250 C and cook it in the oven for 15 minutes.
