  • 200g of mascarpone
  • 60g of powdered sugar

Soak:

  • 50-70 ml of sweet coffee

Chocolate for shine.

  • 120 g Nutella
  • 80 g of melted dark chocolate
  • 25 ml Vegetable oil

Cookie ingredients should be at room temperature.

1) Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2) Make a chocolate chip cookie. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl. Put to one side
3) Break the prepared eggs: the yolks separately and the whites separately. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and mix, we will get a soft and fluffy foam. Add sugar little by little, continuing to stir vigorously. Beat the yolk separately, add vanilla and beat the yolk until it becomes homogeneous. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mix from the bottom of the paddle until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4) Filling the finished dough. in a 20×20 cm container, covered with shiny parchment paper.
5) Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Check the readiness of the cookie with a wooden chopstick, if it comes out clean, it means it is ready. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
6) Take the finished cookie out of the oven, remove it from the form and cool it at room temperature.
7) Cut off the top of the cookie, then cut it horizontally into 2 emperors.
8) cook cream. In a bowl, combine the frozen cream with Mascarpone and powdered sugar. Beat on high.
9) We return the first half of the biscuit to the pan and spread the sweet coffee on it, put the cream on it and spread it evenly. Put the second layer on the cream and pour the coffee. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
10) Prepare chocolate glaze. Combine the melted dark chocolate, Nutella and vegetable oil in a bowl.
11) Take the cake out of the fridge. Apply the glaze evenly on the top and sides of the cake to decorate it.
12) We will put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, after which we can bake it.
