Cake “Bear” with walnuts and peanuts

Hello everyone! Today we are going to make “Arjuk” Cake, which is an indescribable delicacy, immense, with lots and lots of taste. I prepared it with my thought combination. And it can be said that I got a great recipe for the holidays. I made the cake in a 45cm x 45cm square pan. Oven temperature 350 F, cooking time 30 minutes.

1st layer of dough

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 180 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 150 g of walnuts
  • 1.5t/g of baking powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 box of vanilla (9 g)

Prepare the 2nd layer with the same dimensions and in the same way, only use peanuts, which will be roasted beforehand.

We will also repeat the 3 rd layer by pouring crushed cashews into the dough. We will leave all three layers to cool and separate the oil papers on them. Then we will prepare the cream.

Cream:

  • 450 g of medium softness butter
  • 2 cans of caramel condensed milk
  • 200 g of walnuts
  • 2 tsp of cocoa

To decorate the tent you will need:

  • 200 g of peanuts
  • 250 ml of caramel sauce
  • 250 ml chocolate liqueur sauce
  • 2 large chocolate bears
  • 2 little squirrels and 3 balls
