Cake “Bird’s milk”.

Today we will make a very nice, wonderful, crispy, melting and really charming in its thin form. We have previously shown another recipe that was also very tasty. We will show the recipe with some changes.

First of all, we will prepare the cream, for which we need the following ingredients

Cream:

  • 400 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 900 ml of boiled and lukewarm milk
  • 300 g of butter
  • 9 g of vanilla
  • 10 g of powdered sugar

We will put sugar in a sieve, add flour, starch and sift together in a pot. We will add milk to it and mix it constantly so that no lumps form until it starts. thicken the mass. We will turn off the gas stove and let it cool.

We will take butter of medium softness, which we will beat well until it turns white and rises a little, after which we will add it to the previously cooked and cooled cream and we will continue to beat it by adding vanilla. If you feel that the cream is a little weak, add 10 to 20 grams of powdered sugar.

Dough:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 tsp of soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 (measuring) cups of flour

To prepare the dough, we will first break an egg, after mixing it a little, we will add sugar to it and continue to mix it. We will keep the honey and butter on steam, after which we will add them to the mixer. Continuing to stir, we will add soda and baking powder, as well as flour. I will divide the dough into 5 equal balls, cover it with cling film and let it rest for 2 hours. After which I will open the balls and put them in the oven to cook at 350 F or 180 C. Chocolate:

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of cocoa
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 50 g of butter
