Dough:

• 5 eggs
• 0.5 g/g of salt
• 350 g of sugar
• 150 ml of vegetable oil or 150 g of butter
• 4 tsp fresh orange juice
• 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 220 g sour cream
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp of baking soda
• 7 g of vanilla – 1 box
• 2 cups of flour

Cream:

• 3 tbsp orange zest
• 3 tablespoons of lemon zest
• 500 ml milk cream 36%
• 200 g of condensed milk
• 100 g of powdered sugar

Preheat the gas stove to 400 F, but reduce it to 350 F when cooking the dough, it only needs to cook for 45 minutes, if C is 180 degrees. The size of the package is 25 x 25 cm.
