Cake “Tiramisu”

Hello everyone! Today we will present to you a new recipe for Tiramisu cake, which has the same taste and a little different shape and size.

Recipe for the dough:

4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
50 g of sugar (for the yolk)
100 g of sugar (for whites)
120 g of flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
30 g of cocoa

Mascarpone cream:

3 egg yolks
40 g of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
240g of mascarpone cottage cheese
230 g cream
50 g sugar
10 g gelatin


Coffee syrup:

5 g instant coffee
30 g sugar
100 ml hot water
30 g dark rum
Cook the dough in a preheated oven at 350 F or 180 C for 30 minutes. We will pour the dough into a 16 cm diameter pan. If you wish, you can watch the details in the video by following our YouTube channel.
